Parents have the potential to nurture their daughter’s career aspirations, just like they nurture her body and mind. That goes for teachers and coaches, too. ABC to CEO helps all adults recognize, develop and reinforce the qualities needed for girls to consider the role of CEO during their careers. We train adults to avoid potential de-railers that can push girls off course, and instead teach them to inspire girls to value traits essential to leading large organizations. As girls grow into young adults themselves, we educate adults about how organizations work and which career paths lead to the C-suite.
