Claudia Shevitz
Business Development, Team Playmaker

Claudia is an Account Executive at Team Playmaker, a Sports Sponsorship agency in New York City. Through selling and client relations, she connects Fortune 500 and emerging brands with premier sports and entertainment properties, including New York Road Runners and Formula 1. Claudia is a former All-American lacrosse player from USC where she studied Public Relations.

Zinzi Steele
Consulting, Analysis Group

Zinzi graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese. She works as an economic consulting analyst at Analysis Group in Boston, where she focuses on data analysis and applying data-driven insights to complex business and policy issues, as well as in litigation support. In her free time, she enjoys doing CrossFit, reading, and exploring Boston.

Caitlyn Barber
Investment Banking, RBC

Caitlyn grew up in Seattle before attending Santa Clara University. She co-founded Women in Investment, a club dedicated to educating and preparing women for careers in high finance. She joined RBC as an investment banking analyst in the M&A group and lives in New York City.


Eun Hae Lillig
Investment Banking, Solomon Brothers

Eun Hae is an Investment Banking Analyst at Solomon Partners. She graduated summa cum laude from Kenyon College where she played varsity soccer. She brings a genuine commitment to mentorship and community.

Gini Howell
Marketing, Bumble

Gini studied Journalism and Sports Marketing at Southern Methodist University (SMU), where she built a strong foundation in storytelling, brand strategy, and audience engagement. At Bumble, she focuses on BFF, the company’s friendship app designed to help people build meaningful connections. Gini is passionate about creating campaigns and experiences that foster authentic relationships and bring communities together.

Jane Scullion
Investment Banking, Citi

Jane is an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi focused on the technology sector. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, she graduated from Santa Clara University. She is passionate about e-commerce enablement, creating art, and being outdoors.


Sandy Chesterton
Educator, John Burroughs School

Sandy teaches math and physics, directs theater, directs fellow engagement, and serves on the admissions team. She works closely with high-achieving students, helping them learn to solve complex problems with confidence and competence.

Sandy graduated from Vanderbilt University, helped build ABC To CEO from the ground floor, and serves on the Young Friends Council of the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Alexis Connolly
ABC To CEO Marketing & Development Intern

Alexis is a current Intern at ABC To CEO and will graduate in August of 2026 from Penn State University with a B.S. in Business and focus in Management and Marketing. Her background spans auto endurance racing leadership, live performance, and public relations. She is passionate about music, theatre, travel, and empowering others through creativity and storytelling.

Sharon Fiehler
Founder & Chairman of the Board

Sharon Fiehler is a former Fortune 500 C-suite executive with more than 30 years of corporate and leadership experience, including serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve, 8th District. Recognized by Forbes as one of the highest-paid women in corporate America, Sharon founded ABC To CEO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women to aim for the CEO role, a position still largely held by men.

Throughout her career, Sharon saw that talented women were advancing, but too few were reaching the very top. She recognized that early, strategic guidance, and greater exposure to executive leadership could help change that.

Her #1 bestselling book and audiobook, ABC to CEO: The Ambitious Young Woman’s Guide to Becoming the Boss, helps young women step into their power and shape their own paths to leadership.

Beth Chesterton
Leadership Coach & Facilitator

Beth Chesterton is a leadership strategist, speaker, and creator of The Ignite Method™, with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations build high-performance cultures. Her clients include Citibank, Mastercard, Equifax, and numerous Fortune 500 companies.

She’s designed and delivered leadership development experiences for executives, emerging leaders, and high-performing teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Beth is adept at recognizing and developing talent, building confidence, and accelerating people’s path toward their potential.

Beth has worked alongside founder Sharon Fiehler from the organization’s earliest days, helping transform it from a spark of an idea into the robust program offering ABC To CEO is today.

Donna Brandin
Executive & Board Member

Donna Brandin served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Lightstone Group, one of the largest owners and developers of real estate heavily concentrated in New York City from which she retired in 2018. Prior to that, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR), one of the largest publicly traded REITs.

Donna currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee of Nuveen Global Cities REIT. Donna received a Master’s in Finance from Saint Louis University and is a CPA. She also received her Board of Directors’ certification through Harvard Business School Executive Education. 

Laura Herring
Founder of IMPACT Group

Laura Herring is the Founder and Chair Emeritus of IMPACT Group, the largest global female-owned career coaching company, serving more than 200 Fortune 500 companies. A successful entrepreneur, Laura created the first-of-its-kind Spouse and Family Relocation Transition Services, helping launch an entirely new industry.

She is a member of C200, a peer organization for leading businesswomen, and serves on several nonprofit boards, including C200’s founding board.

Laura is a passionate advocate for women and serves as a CEO coach for emerging talent as well as leaders at the top of their game. She is the author of No Fear Allowed: A Story of Guts, Perseverance & Making an Impact.


Jeane Hull
Executive & Board Member

Jeane Hull is a sought-after board member with global senior leadership experience and a keen sense for strategy in a Fortune 500 company. She served as Executive Vice President at Peabody Energy.

She also served as a Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services and COO of Kennecott Utah Copper. She brings broad engineering, environmental, and regulatory experience across public and private experience.

Dr. Caroline von Ledebur
Sr. Partner, Mgmt. Alignment Partners

Dr. Caroline von Ledebur served as CEO of G100, a membership organization comprised of the top 100 CEOs in the world. She hosted an exclusive leadership program spotlighting the world’s most sought-after experts in business and leadership.

Today, Caroline is a strategy consultant with Management Alignment Partners based in Switzerland. She is co-author of How to Run a Company: Lessons from Top Leaders of the CEO Academy, originally published by Random House.

Caroline is the featured expert in ABC To CEO’s Level the Playing Field online learning experience. A gifted coach and collaborator, Caroline is dedicated to helping young women thrive in business and in their careers. She earned her PhD in molecular biology from Oxford.


Nancy Ross
Nonprofit Board Director

Nancy Ross served as the U.S. Director of International Peace Initiatives (IPI), a Kenyan-based organization. She worked closely with IPI Founder & President, Dr. Karambu Ringera, to provide communities with the tools and resources needed to move from crisis and poverty to stability, self-reliance, and prosperity. Nancy received her Nonprofit Executive Certificate from Georgetown University.

Nancy serves on the Missouri Botanical Garden Board of Trustees, a global beacon for plant science, conservation, and horticulture. Nancy is a visionary best known for bringing people together to collaborate in new, exciting, and productive ways.

Nancy spent her early career at IBM serving large accounts in the retail industry in North America. Her years at IBM included a focus in sales and marketing as well as developing a new revenue stream in large systems maintenance.

Pooneh Mohajer
CEO tokidoki

Pooneh Mohajer is Co-Founder and CEO of tokidoki, a global lifestyle brand celebrated for its iconic characters, joyful design, and collaborations with brands such as Hello Kitty, Barbie, Sephora, Marvel, Monopoly, and many others.

Pooneh’s first venture, Hard Candy, became an overnight international sensation. What started as a DIY pastel nail polish project turned into a revolution, forever transforming the nail enamel and color cosmetics industries. She sold the business to LVMH, Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton.

Pooneh holds a Juris Doctor and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. She is passionate about helping young women recognize their potential, build confidence, and imagine themselves as future leaders.


Mirja Telzerow
HR Director Europe Kearney

Mirja Telzerow is an HR executive, management consultant, and business angel with more than 15 years of experience in strategic management, organizational transformation, and people leadership. She currently serves as Head of HR Europe and Senior Director at Kearney.

Mirja has spent more than two decades in consulting and business leadership, including senior roles focused on human resources, operations, and organizational transformation across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. She also supports innovative startups as a business angel, providing strategic guidance and industry insight, particularly in the HR technology sector.

Mirja is adept at helping organizations navigate transformation while building cultures that reflect the diversity and experiences of their employees. She brings this expertise to ABC To CEO’s mission to inspire and prepare one million young women for top leadership.

Lina Young
Executive & Board Director

Lina Young is an independent board director and former global Chief Information Officer with extensive expertise in cybersecurity, digital transformation, technology strategy, and organizational leadership. She currently serves on the board of Enterprise Bank & Trust.

Lina spent more than 27 years at Peabody Energy, including more than a decade as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In that role, she led global digital transformation strategies and oversaw information technology, operational technology, cybersecurity, and other business-critical functions. Earlier in her career, she held technology and management roles at AT&T.

Lina is adept at solving complex business challenges and leading large-scale transformation. She applies that perspective to support ABC To CEO’s mission to inspire and prepare one million young women for top leadership.
