What if female CEOs were the norm, not the news?

Our mission is to prepare one million young women for the possibility of being CEO. Our team helps women master their potential with high-impact training strategies and elite professional guidance built to last a lifetime.

Our Mission

We want women to see themselves as CEO material — before it’s in an offer letter.

For women, the math doesn’t math. Every year since 1982, women have earned more college degrees than men. Every year since 1987, women earned more master's degrees than men. And every year since 2006, women earned more doctorate degrees than men. Women represent 44.7% of the workforce — and 8-11% of CEOs at top-traded companies. Did we miss a team huddle somewhere? Or is there something else going on?

When we see outdated facts as normal, we come to terms with the existing reality being what it is. But when we see ourselves in the people we look up to, we accept that as being true too. Representation matters. When we see female CEOs as normal, it becomes easier for us to see ourselves calling the shots and taking up space in the world.

At ABC to CEO, we’d like to ditch the old fact sheet. We believe women are smart, competent, gifted, and inspired to lead — so we want to help women on their path to lead early. It’s time.
