Yes and no. At the end of the day, a title is a title and a role is a role. Our mission is to help you see that the limited seats held by women are just that — limitations. Women are nature’s natural leaders. When the world suggests that you start life small, we say… are you sure about that? Says who? Because there aren’t many female CEOs, our mission is fundamentally about inviting women to take their power back — and to lead big.
